Shelly
Carlson Shelly and Tom Carlson own the only commercial maple syrup operation in Stearns County. It's been a family tradition since 1979 and use a tubing/vacuum system for sap collection. In addition to their syrup, Shelly also sells maple syrup candy and some produce at the market.
