Terri
Emmerich Terri and her family grow potatoes, kohlrabi, beets, onions, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, fresh & dried herbs, summer/winter squash, gladiolas, jellies, popcorn, pumpkins & seasonal free-range eggs. Their products are grown naturally on four tillable acres in an environment free of chemical herbicides, pesticides & fertilizers. They use old-fashioned methods of cultivating, tilling, hand-weeding & hand-picking. They've been members of the St. Joseph Farmers' Market since its first season.
